Ogra Registration is now closed for the season to Dec 2020. It will reopen in Jan 2021.

See pitch layout for Ogra below. Please follow the instructions below on entry and queueing. Please remember to social distance. Children will be in the same group as previous week. If its a child's first time then on entry just ask mentor for their group.

*** Ógra runs subject to weather conditions, please check the club website, facebook &/or twitter for cancellation info on a weekly basis***

With the advent of COVID, we have had to change our Ógra processes and procedures to cater for new health guidelines. Please see below:

1. Ógra will run from Sat 12th Sept to Sat 5th Dec 2020 from 10am to 11am (arrival from 9:45am)

2. Ógra caters for school going children aged 4 to 6 years. (Born 2014 to 2016)

3. Ógra will be pre-registration only using link below. This is for contact tracing reasons. Children CANNOT just arrive on the morning of Ógra.

4. Children will be received by coaches and placed in pods of maximum 13. Parents must not enter the astro and should remain outside.

5. We can no longer take cash at pitch side. The registration link will allow payment of €30 to cover the period up to Dec 5th. (13 sessions) Normally it is €3 per session. We are reducing to €30 to allow for cancellations due to weather etc.

Hi All,

My name is Colly McDonald. I am Raheny's New GPO. I hope you're keeping well and looking forward to meeting you all in the near future. Below I will leave a link for an online foundation level GAA course. I will also leave the online GAA Vetting link below for any of the new mentors/parents need to complete.

The foundation level online course registration closes MONDAY 28TH SEPTEMBER .

On the entry requirements it will say if you do not have Safeguarding Level 1 done you're not able to do the foundation course. This is not Correct. By selecting NO when the form asks have you complete this Safeguarding 1 you can continue the foundation course. Then by selecting NO the Dublin County Board will have a record of who has not got their safeguarding level 1 on file and will organise a course at a later date.

This is a fantastic chance to get lots of new parents on board as coaches/mentors and also some of our current coaches certified if not already. Once the online foundation course is complete i will then organise the practical end of the course in Raheny club house. If you would pass on the link onto your parents/mentors/coaches i would highly appreciate it.

Many thanks
