Saturday Ógra runs weekly at 10:00am.

Volunteers are always welcome. If interested, please make yourself known to any of the mentors (the guys in high visibility bibs). We will assist with coaching basics. The club also runs coaching courses, if interested. All coaches must complete a Garda vetting application form.
