Henry's leads Raheny out of trouble

David Henry was the star man for Raheny as victory ensured they avoided the senior football relegation championship at Balgriffin on Wednesday night.

An unbroken five points from the Henry brothers, David and Conor, helped steer Raheny to an interval lead of 0-13 to 0-4.

Led by the likes of Shane Whyte and the impressive Eoin Kinsella battled back in the second half and the northsiders were grateful to their goalkeeper Alan Breen for two excellent saves.
Ciaran Whelan, who was in attendance, did not line out owing to an ankle injury.
