Our Ogra is still going strong
, again thanks to all the Mums who help with chopping the fruit and our team of helpers who distribute them into the clubs.

What a great habit to be getting our young players into at this early age.

Hats off to Dublin Minor footballers on a mighty All Ireland
win v our neighbours Meath. The very best of luck to our minor hurlers next Sunday v Tipperary.
So far Dublin has won the U21 All Ireland Football title, the Ladies All Ireland minor football Title and the All Ireland minor Football, the further is looking very good for the dubs.

Under 8 Raheny 1 Report
Lovely morning up in Beann Eadair on Saturday.
Very competitive matches, with great skills on display from the boys (and girls in Beann Eadairs case.)
Raheny won one match with ease, drew another, lost another by a point and fought hard but lost another against Tommy Hogan, grandsons' team. Well done to all. Tommys grandson Conall is the third generation, Tommy himself played for the club and has been involved in many ways including Chairman.
Good set of matches in Chanel against Parnells on Saturday with Raheny winning 4 from 4 with good play from all teams.
Under 8 Raheny 2 report
In the first set of matches Birthday boy Jack was leading from the defence with some great tackling and blocking ensuring Parnells did not score much ably assisted by Cormac. At the other end Eoghan, Killian and Ciaran slotted over some good points to ensure a comfortable victory in the end.
In the other matches Joshua took some good scores including one from the sideline to complete the winning streak. Some great scores from Stefan and some excellent fielding by Matthew and Sean ensured the team were easy winners.
We are introducing a 2nd 1 hour training session for all U8 players starting with hurling on Sunday 30th at 10am pitch 1 (Texaco). Keep up the practice boys.

Speedy Recovery to Shane Bell following his injury on Saturday. Thanks to the ambulance personnel and paramdeics for their prompt action.

Senior Camogie lost to Na Fianna and to Erins Isle.

U15 Footballers put up a great show against a very strong Na Fianna.

U8 Camogie Girls were out in force in a 3-team blitz last Sunday in Na Fianna GAA against Crumlin, Skerries and Na Fianna.  The girls showed off their skills, but their skills are not limited to just one game as they are  looking forward to showing off their football skills in their first football blitz this Saturday against Clontarf GAA.

Junior A championship final is on for Oct 07 In Parnell Park. This we need to support well, So wear club colours and dont forget.
