The very best of luck to the Senior Dublin footballers on Sunday against Meath in the Leinster Senior Football Championship final.

  • Summer Camp 3:  12th-16th August.

Our Orange team were invited to a 5 team blitz by Na Fianna in Mobhi Road on a glorious summer morning. Thanks to all the parents who attended and we had 11 ready and eager Under 9's. The other teams on the day were Na Fianna, St Sylvesters, Kilmacud Crokes and Foxrock /  Cabinteely.
Our lads played really well on the day and had two very close matches with Na Fianna and Crokes. The other two matches were not as close. However, the lads competed very well and there were strong performances from Luke Fitzgerald, Connor Ryan, Robert Moran and David McCarthy.
Special thanks to Paddy Connolly and the crew at Na Fianna for organising this blitz.
Training continues on Wednesday nights at Pitch 9 at 6pm

Saturday 13th July at 2pm

The 2013 Bord Gáis Energy Legends Tour Series continues on Saturday 13th July with Dublin legend Ciarán Whelan.

The two-time All Star who won six Leinster senior championships with the Dubs from 2002 – 2009 will join staff of the GAA Museum on a unique tour of Croke Park on the eve of the Leinster football final.

For many, ‘Whelo’ was the embodiment of a midfield great combining athleticism, strength, determination, aggression, skill and passion and the most talented footballer of his generation not to have won an All-Ireland senior championship medal.  Ciarán was also a Railway Cup winner with Leinster and represented Ireland in the International Rules series in 1999 and 2001.

The Raheny club man made his inter-county championships debut against Meath in the 1996 Leinster football final and played for the Dubs for 14 seasons before announcing his retirement in September 2009.

Earlier this year, he was named as a selector under the current International Rules team manager Paul Earley.  He is also a familiar face on the panel of RTE’s The Sunday Game.
