The Ogra run to the summer break is as follows

Wednesday night Ogra is pitch 12a as usual at 6pm.

Girls Class Blitz

Last Friday night, mentors from our go-games ladies teams got together and arranged a schools blitz for girls.
Any girls were welcome to attend and were split into their class groups where they played both camogie and football matches. 110 girls participated and almost 20 of those are not currently club members. The hope is that some of these girls will decide to join up. The relevant mentors from each age group are following up with the girls parents.
As the weather was perfect on Friday night, the girls were very happy to get some very well earned refreshments at the end of their respective sessions.

Once all matches were concluded, many went back to the club for a BBQ hosted by the U11 team mentors. Chef John Corbett did such a great job that the food ran out and we had to send for more! Thanks to Fiona Lambert for the shopping and all of the BBQ prep work. And a big thanks to all of the mentors from U8 to U12 who helped on the evening.
