Club Notes 30th May 2017

NO Ogra this Saturday 3rd June due to Bank Holiday Weekend.

Club Shop will NOT be open this weekend but stock is available to purchase on line

***Hurling and Camogie Ogra (kids born 2011 and 2012) is now on every Wednesday evening at 6pm on pitch 12A with Seamus***

As always we are looking for volunteers to help with registering our new players, or simply to chop fruit. If you have 30mins to spare to help out on Saturday mornings please contact Alison on 086-2909022.

Boot Exchange
The boot exchange is still up and running but has moved into the club shop, plenty of boots in stock. Bring your clean boots down and exchange for a big size.

The Club Hall is available for hire for parties,

Well done to our Senior team who had two wins during the week, v Whitehall Colmcille and Templeogue SS, thank you to all the supports who made up the 16th man.  
Great to see our two Dublin lads down supporting their team, Brian Fenton and Brian Howard (congrats to Brian Howard on making the Dublin Squad).  

Hard luck to our AFL5 who had to loss to Skerries Harps on Sunday. 

Well done to Adam Codd (U16) who was a runner up in the Dublin Poc Fada in Binn Eadir.

The new Astro in St Annes was opened last Thursday by Dublin's Lord Mayor, this is a fantastic state of the art pitch which is much needed and welcomed in the community.  Thank you to Raheny Sports Alliance and DCC for all their hard work getting this from paper to pitch. 


Another Balloon had been found in Wicklow (No 24). We will announce the winner in next weeks club notes.  Club lotto can be played in Club lounge or online.

And they are still off .... Less than 100K left

Its on again..But this time its bigger a lot BIGGER

The fist annual Dublin Social Hurling Tournament will take place over the summer months and we are looking for players? This is a non serious very fun game of social hurling once every three weeks against different clubs in Dublin and should be a bit of craic. Anyone interested is asked to text Mike O'Brien on 0871420228!!!

And the draw has taken place for the fixtures too....there is no stopping it now

GUM SHIELDS are mandatory under GAA rules for all matches and should be worn for all training sessions involving physical contact. These are available in our club shop, either on line or on Saturday morning 9.30-12.
