Ray Yates
June 17  We are delighted to announce that Ray Yeates will be performing his 1 man show : The Parting Glass at 8pm in  the hall. This play, written by Dermot Bolger is set on the infamous night that Thierry Henry’s hand caused Ireland’s exit from the 2010 World Cup. Dermot Bolger uses that incident as a metaphor for the deception experienced by people in post boom Ireland. This is a very entertaining show and we would love to see a big turnout. We’re delighted to announce that you can book your tickets here via the club website

Well done to our U17 ladies footballers who made it 6 our of 6 on Sunday afternoon.  We would like to wish their captain Anna a speedy recovery after breaking her collarbone and shoulder.

U15 Hurlers
It was a great start to under 15b championship for Raheny hurlers in a sun drenched St Anne's park on Sunday. Crumlin were the visitors on the day and found it too much of a challenge against a quick firing Raheny forward line. Much as the visitors tried to create attacks the Raheny defence were dogged and steadfast in keeping their points conceded to a minimum. There was little for goalkeeper like Fox to do and his puck outs were won commandingly by the Raheny midfield. All in all a great start but the hard work will really start now as we have Clontarf in the next round.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd class Girls Blitz
Big thank you to Tom Reynolds and team who organised  the 1,2,and 3rd class blitz in the park on Friday evening..

Hard luck to our Sen ladies footballers who lost to Naomh Barrog in the Championship on Wednesday last.

Congratulations to one of our feeder schools Scoil Áine girls, they are through to the final.
