Club Notes 2nd May 2017

Is on this Saturday also *Raheny All Stars* on Friday Evening.

***Hurling and Camogie Ogra (kids born 2011 and 2012) is now on every Wednesday evening at 6pm on pitch 12A with Seamus***

As always we are looking for volunteers to help with registering our new players, or simply to chop fruit. If you have 30mins to spare to help out on Saturday mornings please contact Alison on 086-2909022.

Boot Exchange
The boot exchange is still up and running but has moved into the club shop, plenty of boots in stock. Bring your clean boots down and exchange for a big size.

The Club Hall is available for hire for parties, 


If you wish to book either the hall or the Hill for communion/confirmations please do so before 15/10 contact Tommy on 086-160009.

Do you know our club shop is now online, you can order and pay online and collect behind the bar.

La Na gClubanna 2017 :- Sunday 7th May
Our "La na gclubanna" takes place next Sunday, starting with a Treasure Hunt for all, meet at the club at 11am.  Check out our Facebook and twitter feed for more details. Full details of events for the day will be posted in the Club and also on our website, 

The Club will be using the new astro for the first time on Sunday for our club day. Keys for the state of the art facility were handed over during the week to 'Raheny Sports Alliance'. 

Our Senior Footballers are looking for support on Wednesday at 7pm on pitch 9 v Scoil Ui Chonaill.

A trip was taken by a lot of Raheny Gaa members to Tullamore to support our three lads (Darren Byrne, Sean MacMahon & Brian Howard) and the U21 Dub footballers v Galway in the U21 all Ireland Football Final, Congratulations to the lads and the Dublin U21 team a well deserved win over the tribesmen.


Hard luck to our Senior Hurlers who were knocked out of the A championship by Whitehall Colmcille.  
Our U16 hurlers are holding tight on to the top position in division 1 after a win over Castleknock during the week, Raheny 6-11 v 2-6 Castleknock. 

Congratulations to Aoife Dooley and the Dublin Premier Junior Camogie team v Roscommon on winning the National League Final.
