Raheny - 5, Na Fianna - 2

It was a lovely June evening with a 7pm start and the temperature about 18C plus.
Half time was 2-1 to Raheny. Good work from Dearbhla Peppard and Katelyn led
to the first goal. And a good group effort by the forwards led to the second.
Newcomer Ciara Duffy almost pulled off a great goal. The sliotar went inches wide.

The second half saw some great camogie play (doubling, striking & tackling)
from Ciara Storey, Ella O'Driscoll, Nicole Crowley and Katie Grehan.
All the goals came from a very determined and spirited performance from Katelyn Close.
Aiofe Baldwin and Rachel Kilbane increasesd their performances in the second half and
made a great contribution.
Well done to all of the crew. Ciara Storey, Abby Denis, Katie Grehan, Nicole Crowley,
Ella O'Driscoll, Katelyn Close, Ciara Gallagher, Rachel Kibane, Dearbhla Peppard,
Aiofe Baldwin and Ciara Duffy.

Raheny - 0, Na Fianna - 4

This was fairly evenly balanced game and the score did not reflect the performance
by the Raheny team. Some of the best performance were attributed to Roisin McDonagh
and Ciara Morgan in defence, Ellie Loftus in mid field. Well done to the girls even
if they were missing 2 of their strong players.Molly Gaffy played a tough game at mid field
Sinead Stack, Aoife Lawlor, Aifric O'Connor, Ciara Morgan, Roisin McDonagh, Dearbhla Gorman, Molly Gaffey, Ellie Loftus and Rachel Kirby, Niamh McCormack.
