Senior Camogie Training weekend.

The Senior Camogie team went on a very successful training trip to Cushendall in Antrim last weekend accompanied by Neil Curley and Jimmy Keogh. On Saturday they played a Senior Derry club side Eoghan Rua and came out winners 2:4 to 0:2. This was followed by a recovery session in the Pool, Jacuzzi Sauna etc. Saturday night was less strenuous as the team enjoyed a night out in the local hot spots in Cushendall, only to be woken at 9am for a training session with Kevin McNaughton (former Derry and Tyrone Hurling manager).

A great weekend was had by all thanks to Declan Mc Killop and his team at the Glens of Antrim Sports retreat  Glens of Antrim Sports retreat caters for training weekends away for adult and juvenile hurling/camogie/football and ladies football teams and is highly recommended and very reasonable.
