If your team slot is from 7-8pm you will need to contact Darragh Pelly on 086-3793517 to arrange access (Do not contact Tommy Hogan or Greg Brough).  If mentors wish to book a "Team Slot" or are interested in having someone take a circuit session with their team they should contact Darragh Pelly on 086-3793517.

Members wishing to use "Free Slot" must have paid their gym membership.
