Well done to the Raheny Under 7 hurlers who finished Gormanstown on a high with 20 goals over three matches on Sunday and a big clean sheet.  What an improvement week after week these guys have made over the last 6 weeks.  Watch out for these hurlers in Feile 2020 !

Raheny A  had an emphatic 11 – 0 win  over Skerries Harps.  Matthew Grant was unstoppable with 4 goals. Cormac Baldwin got his usual hat trick while Finn Brassil got two great goals. Michael Clarke and Ultan Fitzpatrick finished the job with a goal each.  Joseph Doherty was great in mid field with some great big strikes keeping the forwards busy.

Raheny B finished up the Gormanston Tournament with an impressive 5 - 0 win over O’Dwyers of Balbriggan. Goals from Dan O’Grady, Rian Priseman (man of the match) and John Broderick were telling. Great midfield performances also, breaking up play and passing the sliotar forward, by Ciaran Kerrisk and Conor Watters. Overall, Raheny B won 3 of their 5 games and only lost two, in which they were unlucky not to get something out of the games, by one goal each time( 1-2, 0-1. All the lads are to be congratulated, great to see all the boys improving each week and more importantly, really enjoying their hurling. Well done lads.’

Raheny C completed their unbeaten run in Gormanston with a well deserved 4 - 0 win over Ratoath. The final game of the tournament saw Raheny take control of the match from the start and remain dominant throughout. Raheny's defence and goalkeeper were rarely threatened as the forwards kept the pressure on at the other end. The Raheny goals were scored by John Broderick and Rian Priseman but all of the Raheny C lads can be proud of their impressive performance during the tournament
