4 groups X 8 players

Warm up 6 minutes

Station 1 12 minutes

Catching and punt kicking station. 4 boys either side of goal, punt kick ball over bar. Point for each kick over bar, point for each catch. Keep score.

Station 2 12 minutes

Backs and forwards. Teach players near hand tackle. 3 minutes as forwards, then 3 minutes as backs. change and repeat.

Station 3 12 minutes

Dotsys Station. Working on weaker foot.


Station 4 12 minutes

Match station.
